Regardless of the attack power of the submarine. Its existence is a rare opportunity to spice up the game. I just watched your battle of the baths from a month ago and how crazy that seige was. Now imagine you are in the middle of that seige and a submarine surfaces in the harbor at night with fresh supplies. Or imagine a submarine sailing up the enemy coast deep behind the line and offloading a dozen commandos to hit a supply hub that would normally be unreachable. Op or nerfed, the sub will change the game either way.

13:53 look at them! They still carry their shells up to the shelf. I hope they figured out by now, that you can press Shift+V on the gangplank to submit shells. Yes, it’s immersive and beautiful, but you want to do it the efficient way in the end.

They need to fix the Warden Submarine, Can't even see a video of it destroying a Ship like a Destroyer or a Battleship, and they only keep dying every engagement with the Destroyer

Its probably a learning curve steeper than the destroyer, just wait until people get sweaty with the subs. I bet it will even out in time.

Maybe the torpedoes need to do more damage? Everyone still thinks they are a thing to be “mastered” and once they are they will be super op. We will see how the live war goes and should be able to know after that first naval war.

subs are good against battleships since they have no sonar, and since they deal HE damage they will be mostly used to snipe seaports, docks and other logi targets, something impossible to do in devbranch because of community imposed rules

The real problem is that submarines have no way to sneak on destroyers or any others ships... I think submarines (and every other ships) could be undetected by sonar is their propeller doesn't move.

I mean irl subs of tat eras main task was to disrupt logi so that's what they'll mostly be used for in the live war I reckon, collies might have to use convoy tactics for there sea logs which is what the destroyer is good for so it should balance out

I'm a little worried With subs and destroyers being faction exclusive worries me quite a bit with balance. the destroyers are just more versatile with a lower skill floor and I can see a possible higher skill ceiling which I fear will lead to the problem I list being even more evident. Mine laying, sub hunting or coastal support vs just sinking convoys and maybe hunting BB’s. However the destroyer poses next to no threat to the BB given the lack of torpedoes atm. It might even be that destroyers will be just be better at sinking convoys over subs because the battleships cant catch them and the submarines likely cant either, but even if they did the submarines are outgunned in a stand up fight against a DD I don't see how the Wardens can stop a DD that has entered their waters given that they don't have a convoy escort tool of their own short of the BB can in theory but at a massive cost because unless the warden BB is cheaper and isn’t as far in the tech tree as the collies I don’t see a fair system but I see it likely that the wardens will have lost long before they're ever unlocked do to this. Even once the wardens have unlocked BB’s I doubt they’ll be able to use them as efficiently as the collies as the BB’s will be without a screen to protect them. Also I just think the models are ugly with the exception of the sub. On a more lore side I hate this update I’ve don’t even get where siege camp is coming from we don’t have many seas to fight over it’s mostly rivers which makes me question the point of this update. There has never been a navy that built like this it annoys me so much that it’s don’t like this what navy has the capability to field BB’s but not cruisers destroyers but can subs please explain this to me? I think this might all stem from me being a massive naval nerd but to sum it up imagine if you gave warden only artillery oh but not 9.43mm and collies small arms it just doesn’t work like this and self admittedly I haven’t even played to much foxhole recently

Lol unfortunately I didn’t even have to try. We all know destroyer is going to be spammed in live war and collie BS will only maybe be for defensive purposes.

Subs are for blocking backline barges I guess. Even in warfare subs are not used for head to head battles. Its a poke then dive machine.

I think subs are going to dominate more in PvE realm or possible be backup for Warden battleships. I think we are going to find out subs are pretty OP when taking out navy logi and seaports.

You can right click on them to mute them if they are close or press F1 and find them in player list and mute them. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

For the people knocking subs. Subs are going to be good in the right hands. Its gona take a while for sub crews to gain the skill to use these effectively. Give it time. And also yes subs arent destroyers. Anyone that thinks you can go head to head is an idiot. Just like real life they are at their best with surprise

As a warden, I am highly upset with how players have been playing in Callahan's passage yesterday . Even though it's just a pre war battles but still like my god they just refuse to listen to logic

@@RobertLovesGames I tell them to flank and they refuse to do so. I tell them they need piping in the bases and need more generators and they refuse to do that . I spent 2 hours in Callahan's boot today installing piping and more generators because whoever made the base on the front lines only put 1 generator and barely any pipes

Hardest part is honestly just starting. I started out with my Solo Logi series and just did that and short guides for like 8 months before making more “in depth” videos. I’d recommend starting off slow and see how much you are able to manage. Editing takes quite a bit of time. If you have an idea and know what you want your first video to be start making it and just see how it goes. I wouldn’t call myself an expert at KZread so don’t take my advice as end all ha

Destroyer are cheaper than battleship so colonial will spam them and if two destroyer engaged with 1 battleship that will be a death sentence to the battleship
