Difficult to say the visa ratio. Before many student got visa with community college. at this moment may be little less chances but still visa can be approved.

It depends. Usually 2/3 weeks. but sometimes more and it depend on when you applied, number of applications etc.

আমার ফ্রেন্ড ৪ তারিখে ইন্টারভিউ দিতে গিয়েছিল সেখানে ৭০ জনের মধ্যে তিনটা মেয়ের ভিসা দিয়েছে একটা ছেলেকেও ভিসা দেয় নি আমিও এপ্লাই করেছি ভিসা i20 এখনো আসে নাই। এখন কবে আবার ভিসা দেয়া শুরু করবে খুব টেনশন আছি

Visa is always there who deserves it. Forget about past. It will never be like before. Now those who are real student wants to study they will get visa only. If you really want to study not job then you have to be prepared so well only then you might get visa otherwise forget thinking about America.

You misunderstood my video. If anybody have a very strong self learning quality he or she can do very well even from community college. Community college do not have any campus life and most of the community college student work more than their studies. That is why in USA Community college are the last choices for students. Say for example there are few students in Bangladesh also get chance in BCS exam. BUT my question is how many students get chance in BCS from college. Almost all BCS cadre are from any University. Same situation here. I think you will understand.
