Sir LCW main 10th se 15th number tak ke bit ke section main jo command honi chahiye wahan par cross mark kiya hua hai . Iski kya wajah hai kya wahan par zero ya one kuchh nahi ho sakta hai ?

X means thease bit are not used they are reserved for future upgradation.jab drive ka new version ayega to in bits ko use kiya jayega kuch new command add karne k liye.

I think thease are the name of TAG or memory location in PLC program , have you seen these names in drive parameter/user manual ? I am not sure but it may be short form of some machine name. Where did you saw thease words please reply then i can understand better.

Sir, I was trying to establish communication between siemens plc and abb dcs 800 drive through profibus. The PPO term came into picture after I installed the GSD file for abb drive. Then we have to select I/O type( here I got one option as PPO type 1,2,3,4 or 5), so that the plc can R/W data from drive.

There are Fixed address for thease commnads, when we configure hardware and connect in network which is used to communicate with PLC, some address tags are generated in PLC memory like for unwinder it will show like Uncoiler:O.Logiccommand

Cable bahut si type ki ho sakti hain jaise ki Profibus/Ethernet/Controlnet/Can bus/Modbus ye sab plc k type aur network requirement k hisab se design kiya jata hai. jaise ki plc aur drive k bich me distance kitna hai,Total drive kitne add karne hain etc.

yes logic status word ye drive ka status ka feedback hota hai jo plc ko jata hai

Sir ji logic status word se jo command jati hai vo plc me jati hai kya.agar jati hai toh ye plc ke liye kya hoti aur drive ke liye kya hoti hai.

LSW input ya output module me nahi jata ye direct communication cable se plc me pahuch jata hai..

Running, faulted, enabled & jog rev etc ko indicate karne ke liye plc se lamp(24 v) on karate hai.

Enable is a digital input which is reserved for emergency stop some time this input comes from from plc and sumtimes through hard wire wiring.this is for safety purpose and it never should be bypassed.if drive does not receive this input motor will stop immediately .and this stop will be coast to stop

there are some time out time settings in communication parameters, you can increase the time or baud rate is to be decreased in communication parameters,check cable and change its route if possible
