What she's is saying about talking to a tree is true. I live in the UK and I worked in school. Sometimes we take the children to the forest, walk them around, and someone will come and teach them how to hug the tree and talk to them, they call it talking tree. For Eg, the child will go and stand under the tree and introduce him or herself, and after they start chatting to the tree as if he or she is having a conversation with a friend. @sethdamoah4913 they do that to connect with nature. When you get to that place, trust me they way you feel calm and relaxed. Sometimes the children don't want to come back home they want to stay there. Find time and connect with nature, and you will live it.

I like what she said. I told a friend of mine that there's nothing like spiritual or physical. It depends on which angle you are seeing it. Trees speak, animals speak. You can only understand them when you know the code.

I've been following mum Evelyn and Nyansa TV for a while and am always blessed &, educated but this edition is my best so far. Though it's my first tym to comment. I also fell in love wt a certain plant & needed badly in my home bt i didnt knw hw to plant since it was a big tree few months later I saw it growing behind my widow. All she's saying is so so true.
