Do I need to apply separately for universities or is it enough to apply on CSC site?

You can only choose one course and university in one application and if you want to apply for more than one you'll have to submit another application. My question is, can I use the same essays in both the applications as the course that I'm applying for will be the same???? Please it will be of great help if someone answers this. ThAnk you
