Yes you can Even distance learning scholarship is open and deadline is 28th March. I will suggest apply for that. I uploaded a video on it. Plz watch that and apply asap

U have to submit separate applications

they are asking for transcript during the application process. when I'm asking from my university they said they can't give the transcript directly to me. they gave me document called detailed result sheet which include my GPA GPA grading system my grades for all the subjects if u attached the scanned copy of that document is that ok

Transcript means detailed result sheet. Yes u can use that result sheet. Make a pdf then upload it

no that is not compulsory but after your selection then you have to secure your university admission.
