Dear sir, is it necessary to get a recommendation letter from any UK university before applying for masters scholarship?

Hello, I am having difficulty in filling the form at HEC website not the direct form at Common wealth scholarship website. There is this part of providing education, in the bachelors part there are different questions to give like campus, department, session type. When i am answering the question, It doesnt accept and there is red highlighted box on it and it says search, I dont know how to answer I have tried to refresh it but nothing works .
