is nobody talking about using a pen to remove stuck garbage? I feel for those who chew on backs of pens

I love this cat box... but the most annoying thing is that it has a default "clumping time" of 3 minutes... Which usually ends up with sh*t getting smeared on the inside tub wall. You can change the setting to 10 minutes, which is more realistic... but when we have a power outage or the app gets out of sync with the cat box, the clumping time resets back to 3 minutes. I'm not a fan of "the smear" at all... Sort of defeats some of the great services that the box provides. Does anyone know a solution?

Why does the litter box empty out so much sand

Does anyone know how to get in touch with assitance/technical customer service? My litter box sometimes get stuck while cleaning, even if the waste bag is not full, did it happen to anyone?

@@SoniaLB2003did you fix it ? My cats unplugged it while it was turning and now it won’t fully turn, it will turn and then stop and turn back to the clean litter and dump everything it just picked up and then spin back to the garbage bin…

I keep losing wifi connection and the house wifi is working properly.

Mine keeps saying "abnormal position" and won't turn.

mine too...just use it for 3 months and got this problem...the barrel keep turning and not reversing, and stop with abnormal position error message 😢

hello, i bought one of these at super zoo trade show last week and it does not auto test when i first plug it in. none of the buttons are able to be clicked. i cannot pair app bc the app pairing button does nothing. waste bin light shows an X through it sometimes. can find no email address or phone number to call for assistance, and as this was at a trade show i feel as though i was sold a broken device.

Have found a solution yet?

The gray silicone base of this had got out. Cant fix it to the base, as it eventually comes off from a side. Do anybody have solution to this?

I have the same problem! I bought a replacement silicone base but the pee still pills on the side and goes underneath the mat. I don’t know that to do anymore 😢

I used a super sealant around the perimeter of the grey mat. I've used duct tape and later Gorilla tape to cover up the center hole in the bottom of the base. Be sure to wipe the surface clean before you tape it up otherwise there's a chance it doesn't stick well enough.

I bought this on Wayfair. I am sending it back. It leaked urine. And, it wasted alot of my good litter.

@@arjensmit6684 My older female cats pee standing up. The urine drips down the wall to the part where the grey rubber mat isn't sealed well enough. I've applied a super sealant to replace it.

There is bad smell coming from the litter box even if I just clean the bag??

My bentonite litter won’t level, no matter what settings I choose. It always settles on the left side.

I cant find the cat litter on the smart life application i dont know why ?

The litter box does not clean automatically after my cat uses it, it doesn't acknowledge my cat went inside even though the "auto" button is "on" on the app. I've tried unplugging it for a few minutes, still nothing. What can I do? Thanks

Turn on the Infrared radar sensor on the app. It’s turn off be default. Don’t know why

I’m having this problem too, it use to work fine and I had the infrared turned off on the app and then eventually the box got disconnected to wifi and no it doesn’t auto clean and can’t seem to get it back online 😢

What litter do you use? My litter is super clumping and my big cat makes big amount of peeing and the big balls of litter fall again during cycle instead of going to the waist bag. Anyone had this and solve it?
