You certainly saved yourself a few euros Adrian, by fixing the mower yourself..it's what your have to do when your a Farmer..

The thing is Adrian, and this is apt for this time of year. The SPICE of life is what keeps any relationship alive. If you keep doing the same things day after day, after day, then it becomes stagnant and boring. Showing different content is just what makes your channel more interesting, a cut above the rest. Please, don't ever change that.🥺 Take your girls, for example. Involving them in your work from time to time is good for three reasons.The first reason is that they get to spend time with their dad, priceless. The second reason is that they get to learn different things, things that most girls of their age probably would never learn. It's also priceless. And the last reason is, I forgot. I love watching the videos where you are doing maintenance or fixing things. It reminds me of when I was little and a Mr. Murphy lived 2 houses down from us. He used to repair lawn mowers in a tiny shop next to a one horse stall. I would go down and he would put me on a high stool so I could watch. He always had a stogie that he was chewing on. He also had a garden and since he grew turnips for the greens, he would let me go dig up turnips which I would take home for Mom to cook. I didn't like them all that much to be honest, but there was something about digging something up from the dirt and feeding it to the family that was very satisfying. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and the best year of all in 2024.

adrian a wee tip for ya, if you take the deck off and pressure wash it let it dry and paint it with old engine oil, will protect the deck batter than sealing any crap. look after grass machinery for a landscaping firm

Hi Adrian and a happy Christmas to you all. Dont forget to check Valve clearances with each service. These intek ohv are known to commonly go out of spec and if lucky just get hard starting but more often they can drop a valve and destroy themselves. Briggs service say to reset with each service .003" intake .005"exhaust. 👍👍👍

A very comprehensive video Adrian - all the best to you ands yours. My mower battery "leaks", tried an isolator but that caused issues so now I use 6mm bolts with Wing Nuts o perfect.

Hi mate look on the back of the mower there is a leaver coming through it has a little bend in it you pull it out and lock it down that free-wheeling it then put back to normal to operate the mower sure you can fix it love your videos so much hope your family has a wonderful Christmas and a good 2024 new year to

Merry Xmas and all the best to you and your family 🎄 I just sharpen the blades on my electric rotary blade mower with a fine file, it's only a cheap B&Q push around but I've had it for decades and it's great for shredding branches etc when I trim my tree so they can be bagged easier, it's a noisy old job though 👍
