I like your videos. I eventually sold sll my ball pythons because at the time 3 years ago everything that I loved was very unpopular. I had Ultramels, adult het combo Ultramel females (spider, pinstripe) and A visual Desert Ghost male and a pastel het female. At that time the ONLY thing people were interested in were Banana combos and Clown combos I lost interest eventually.

I got my first freeway today!! Thanks for reminding me what allelic meant I think I'm gonna buy two normal females and put my freeway male to one and my highway male to the other. In your opinion, what's too fat in grams in terms of breeding for males?

Personally I wouldn't feed live unless you had a really picky snake like a ball python, no need to risk injury to the snake, not very good for the rabbit either LOL

Find a friend that's breeding a dark morph LOL

Hacking trouble with my three smallest snakes not eating still been 3-4-5 weeks . Battling mites so I had them on paper towel I put them back on coco today to bring humidity up. Three bigger ones in same conditions are doing fine . Going to try a mouse again ,don't know what to do. Treated for mites two weeks ago and again two days ago followed all directions. Seems like mites almost gone hope the humidity gets them to eat . They are small just above hatchlings so I don't know about letting them go .

My male ball python that is about a year-and-a-half old has gone two months without eating and he's lost several grams. I'm sure it's a seasonal thing but it stresses me the hell out especially now that I can SEE that he has lost several grams.

When I had a major mite infestation back when I started out breeding snakes none of my snakes would eat. I probably wouldn't even offer until the mites clear up. I think the treatment could put them off of food as well.

@@ChrisHardwickanimaladventures i was going to put the humidity ball in like you on the paper but i thought the mites would get in it so i just put a thin layer of coco. As soon as the humidity came up the two small females took a mouse last night . What a relief but im just going to have to clean and spray for the mites more . The one male that hasnt eaten in five weeks is in shed so i think he will eat after. This eating thing is not fun im looking forward to them being bigger so i won't worry about it so much .my two little females are still so small they are back to hatching size after having not eaten for four weeks . They where growing and eating well before they stopped . There is a learning curve im glad i have more than one so i can see that some are eating so i know the conditions arnt to bad or they would all stop.
