Surrey's Police and Crime Commissioner, Lisa Townsend, has introduced her latest newsletter. During February, the Commissioner shared a video on some of the tactics used by romance fraudsters and took her proposals for the policing part of residents' council tax bill to the Police and Crime Panel. Her Deputy, Ellie Vesey-Thompson, backed calls for tighter legislation on catapult use and visited a "unique" learning facility in Woking.
