NOTE 👇
⭐All measurements used EXCEPT THAT OF THE COLOUR are with baker's standards cups and measuring spoons.

⭐TSP= teaspoon; TSBP= Tablespoon
⭐ Make sure your pot in your popcorn machine is hot before adding your popcorn kernels
⭐Always stir to prevent your kernels from burning
⭐ Pop on medium heat. If too low popcorn will take forever to pop. If too high they'll come out burnt and it will reflect on the taste.
⭐A lot of people have allergies, hence keep your flavoring very simple. Butter in my recipe gives additional flavour
⭐After popping your first batch of popcorn, your pot is still hot. Grease with oil, add butter and repeat recipe immediately.
⭐Always remember to switch off the regulator from the pot first before pouring out the popcorns from the pot
⭐ Once you have popped enough, transfer them to your black waste bin bags and tie well. This will remain crunchy and fresh for as long as possible.
⭐ You will need a stapler or hair straightner or a sealing machine to secure your self adhesive nylons as these nylons sometimes do not stick well or hold its shape for long
⭐To sell to supermarket you will need a register name under CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) and NAFDAC registration number. I have a series on that on my recipe channel ‪@sussycakesrecipes‬ for you to check out.
⭐Can You use Liquid or Paste food Colouring? Yes, but it won't pay you. If you must use any, get paste colours by Acabado Brands if you're in Nigeria.
