@@JeremyShibby I've managed to break some of my habits of building a cool & organized base. But I am still an insane turtle. I've trolled my friend in doing this, and managed to hide in different parts of the map with an MCV & a few tanks. Third time, I successfully held off his attack & was preparing to attack his base before we had to end the match for time constraints.

Eh, I'd say RA2's better, but from the Tiberium franchise it's pretty good, still prefer 1 and 3 though. the Mammoth walker, though Incredibly awesome, doesn't make up for a lack of Mammoth Tanks

He should recruited an trained the mutant. His rifle deals with vehicles with ease. Remember right unit cost is 2500 credits. Worth every credit.

I always felt guilty when starting a game and i sent out a soldier to scout an unrevealed area and he ended up running through a big Tiberium field

Typical C&C flawed AI. That was one of the many reasons I stopped playing these games.

The fact that the player isn't building turbines for their power-plants is triggering me.

It just makes them easier targets to have fewer plants but beefed up with the turbines. Also basic PP's help to land grab/expand.

General Doofy ovuh heez! I thought I'd seen the worst of it when you blew your whole wad turtling up like a kook, but your Orca counterstrike was pure gold hahaha. Using your Orcas to bomb your own infantry was also classic, as were the multiple squandered ion cannons. But the real gem was that bizarre infantry vs. harvester squishfest at the end. Tiberian Lulz

That was hard to watch. Huge emphasis on turret construction over units which can do the same thing.

So that is why you don't infantry rush in this game? I should have expected the harvester squishing.

Surprised at the lack of APC engineer base steals.

tried playing this game. I have a physical copy installed and it won't load after i install it. I patch it with the 2.03 patch or whatever and still nothing. any ideas how i could play again?

I did it and i was able to play a game. Going to have to do a few skirmishes to get back into the swing of things

The guy playing in this match is an old tib sun player, he deleted his channel due to some things.

You should really work on your micro management. Try some WC3 or SC2.

I would love to play this but origins version is not well compatible with W10 same as RA2, tried compatability modes to no avail, feels like I've been truly screwed by EA

In our updated version you can press "Enter" for global chat and "Backspace" for team chat. In the original game, use "F8" for global chat

The problem is power, when you do not have enough power nothing works. ANd for an example you have forgotten to place a plenty amount of power in those plants.

Rigged gameplay. He should have lost at the very beggining. That's why I don't play RTS games online, it ruins gameplay for me. I like to develop bases before action like when against AI, instead in multiplayer the match turns into a frenzy that leaves little room for strategy and fun, because of rushing techniques.

this comment is old but ill respond anyway. this is not true at all.... rushing is a tactic to either flat out kill an enemy or weaken them while you develop your own base. if 2 players on equal skill levels play it out, games go over an hour long. for reference, i have several games recorded on my channel that become very long.

Noobiest gameplay ever lol

Infantry mass into aerial mass into stalemate and then having an opponent rudely demand you surrender, because for some reason they feel entitled to a win they didn't earn. Yep, looks like a game of Tiberian Sun. I'm starting to come to the conclusion that alot of 'competitive' classic C&C players never really grew up with the rest of us, from other replays I've been watching on KZread. Sad times. Don't seem to get that poor sportsmanship and attitude as much in the more modern RTS game communities (NB: AS MUCH, it's still everywhere, obviously). In another video I watched's comments, somebody even defended it and smack-talk in general :\. Like-minded, obviously. As for that balance, I know the "mass basic tanks or lose" balance of Red Alert was particularly bad, with [mostly] everything else being utterly worthless, but Tiberian Sun went way too far in the other direction. I honestly don't think it's a problem C&C solved till the EA titles, seems RA2 went back to "tank mass or lose" balance. Even C&C3 had that problem for a while. Incidentally you had the Ion Cannon and it doesn't look like your opponent did, so yeah, if anybody should have surrendered it was him. You'd have eventually won through repeated Ion Cannon strikes anyway, even if you hadn't decided to be a bit more pro-active about the victory you rightly deserved.
