The "Veterancy" Mod that you can find in the Steam Workshop of C&C.
It makes the AI stronger (they build navy units and are more aggressive)
Let you set Waypoints so your Units go to a specific Place after they are trained
Gives Units Veteranstatus if they destroy many buildings or units (which is Common in ra2,ra3 and Tiberium wars 3)
And adds some minor upgrades to you units or buildings
+ some palance changes (migs are a bit weaker, turrets of the allies are a bit weaker, and surely some more)

    Well, if you expend base to left, you can keep ore area, also can focus defend power to defend entrance, then you'll have more income to prepare air force or other units to attack. About M.A.D. Tank, can use infantry to protect them, Rocket Soldiers are good against air craft, with some rifle infantry or Shock Trooper is good against most kind of attacks, unless there are Artillery or V2 Rocket, Cruiser. Then some map has some problem is AI can build building on somewhere not in their base's range. BTW, 9-Bit Armies: A Bit Too Far released demo, maybe can try it when you have time.

    To be honest i just build the MAD Tanks because i didnt want to hear my biggest enemy "Silos needed"

    @@phantom5797 Well, another way is train tanks and infantry as more as possible, if turn off aftermath building speed limit. You can build lots war factory/barrack/helipad for fast training speed. Then you can spam units to crush AI. Veterancy mod can remove that by mod's rule.ini I might try 9-Bit Armies: A Bit Too Far when game release.

    Another problem to Veterancy mod is building's HP, too much HP, so tank rush becomes not very useful, so I'll take out CY, war factory and barrack, let AI sell all buildings, also can make things easier. AI-Boost mod will be annoying, when AI knows spam building and more than 1 CY in base. Another thing is income cheating, I had some AI-Boost mod record, you can see result, AI's income is much more than me.
