    washer and dryer needs to be on the floor where the bulk of laundry is located.... as in bedrooms and baths

    How much??? Is it still available?? Please let me know. Also, do you have any others like this? I want red brick, fireplace and I hate white kitchens. I like dark wood trim inside and doors. I do not like white,black and gray houses. Boring. I like fenced yards.
