    😮 WOW, Vida! I feel like this was meant for me today! Talk about Kismet or Synchronicity or whatever….I did take a walk with my doggies today to tap into that space and reconnect with myself. I can’t control the external chaos or when it will return, but at least I can steady my little inner boat beforehand. ❤

    Yes ❤my own time! Yes 🎨 blocks for a few months now. Like walk in take breathe look around n walk out. Just something in there, lile stagnant engery. Just dont know what to do

    I would go in and declutter, clear out and spiff up that space. Play your favorite music and sing out loud to fill the space with your own, positive sound vibrations. Or dance as you clean. That's one idea. Another is to make your favorite cup of something warm and delicious and go into your studio and sit there. Try and open to the uncomfortable feeling. Perhaps you will understand what it is that is pushing you away. You can also sit in your studio and do something you love. I will go in with my book and read for a while. Othertimes I will talk to my daughters in there, or my very close friends. It has more to do with pouring your positive and uplifting moments into the studio space. When you hear your thoughts rejecting your studio, take in a breath, and alter the conversation in your mind. Alter the perception of that thought. When this happens to me I go into my studio and have an immediate negative reaction. Then I will hear the thought "look at this ugly place.... you call this a studio?" and then I'll change it to "I am so grateful I have this tiny little studio. It's small, and sometimes cluttered, but it has natural northern light and a great little space heater that keeps me warm." Go in every day to have your morning coffee/tea and speak outloud the good things about your studio. Try it, and watch how you can navigate yourself out of this negative space. Let me know what happens. If you're still stuck we'll figure it out together.
