Theyre a newer shop so focus on the modern/current comics. I love they have alot of Virgin Variants and Incentives plus you have access to them (not held behind the register). Very cool shop, cool owners, awesome dog!

You guys: DO NOT GET INTO TOYS! It's the one addiction that's keeping me from having a sick comic collection. I have a decent one but I'd have everything I want if it wasn't for my action figure collection. 🤷🏽‍♂️ And yes, they do get that expensive 25-40 domestic/ 75-120 import. My best advice I can give you: stick to your niche of Silver and Bronze and the occasional original art. You have a good thing going, don't derail it by opening up another Pandora's box. Keep the content coming!

This is good advice. I've been down that rabbit hole myself. Back when McFarlane started up I was ordering cases like bags of potato chips. They're not only expensive, they take up a ton of space and are a pain to display and transport without damaging them. Every time I moved it was a nightmare to pack and transport them. I tried keeping them in sealed cases for a while but it took the fun out of it. Sold and gave away all my action figures 20 years ago and never looked back.

I am jealous,where did you find a woman that likes comic books at? Every woman I get hates comics and tries to get me to sell them and I tell her that she will go before I sell my comics that's taken me 17 years.

One of the coolest shops in Jacksonville right here. They actually had a car drive through their store front a few months ago, fortunately no one was seriously hurt as far as I know.

Honestly, while omnibus can seem high in price. If you’re buying from cheap graphic novels or instock trades. From a reader standpoint, you get way more bang for your buck.

If you're not johnny on the spot at the LCS when the collections come in, you're missing everything, golden or silver or anything desirable. There's hawks who snatch those books bc they have the time and pockets to scoop everything the moment it lands. ESPECIALLY if it's priced correctly

Streaming has killed the in person shopping experience. Every LCS I visit does this now. There are no good books left for the store. It all goes to streaming. I collect old stuff and need to see the condition of the book in person.

Not a shop for me, was super disappointed after seeing good reviews and making an effort to check it out when I was in town. Like you was looking for back issues, only modern books.
