San Diego Comic-Con 2010. It's no surprise that Marvel chose to trot out a sneak peak at their new movie line-up in Hall H. But the jewel, the crowning moment of the Marvel Panel was when Sam Jackson came out to introduce the insane cast headlining Marvel's most ambitions project to date: The Avengers. Robert Downey Jr., the first born of the Marvel Studios franchise announced the one man they were entrusting this collection of titanic super heroes to - Joss Whedon.

Let's not beat around the bush, Ruffalo was easily the best Banner / Hulk ever in film.

I'd say he was the best Banner but the best Hulk was 2008

That is Kevin Feige, the president of productions at Marvel Studios, he is the man responsible for the Avengers franchise and many more Marvel films.
It's not the announcer, that's Kevin Feige, president of productions at Marvel Studios - he's the man leading the franchise

+Sam A Well at that point, Ed Norton was recently dropped from the project. And Mark Ruffalo said that the casting was last minute and nerve wracking. He got a call the night before Comic Con while he was out of town and they said "Wake up at 5 in the morning, and look out your window. If there's a car sitting out front, you got the part. If not, go back to bed". So Ruffalo and reportedly Joaquin Phoenix were the two final actors considered for replacing Norton. Ruffalo saw the car the next morning, immediately got on a plane to San Diego to show up at Comic Con. And then Downey made the mistake of saying "reprising his role as Bruce Banner", and everyone thought they changed their minds with Norton only to see Ruffalo walk out. Definitely awkward. But Ruffalo did a much better job than Norton IMO.
