What's most amazing about George Perez's run on JLA was that he took over the series after Dick Dillion suddenly passed away and DC was in need of an artist to finish Part 2 of the annual JLA/JSA crossover. Think about-that's three different teams to learn on the go. Add that to the fact that Perez was also doing the 8 page Firestorm in The Flash and New Teen Titans. It was the early 1980s and DC fans were treated to monthly waves of Perez goodness. What a time to be a teenage comic fan! His art just kept defining new standards with each issue.

No one mentioned that the Superman/GL World's Finest cover was very likely Infantino pencils (or at least layouts) and Adams finishes which would have affected the price. Obvious Infantino body poses....compare to his Flash 323 cover

Neither couldn't make it that evening, Stanley. You didn't like the show without them??? I felt Nick and Dino did a great job as usual given the challenge of talking about art from 3 different Auctions.

Yes, I still enjoyed it very much, but Albert and Mike add a lot of unpredictable fun and spicy flavor. Thanks a lot for all the consistent and high quality content. 👍
