I want to preface this challenge by saying I have so much respect for singer/songwriters that write and play their own music. I've been fortunate to get a glimpse into that life and it is truly inspiring.
That said, here are the rules for my Songwriting Adventure:
-Write one new song every week
-Play and post for 12 weeks
-Penalty for skipping: Run a marathon the next week and write 2 songs for that week
I've been wanting to get better at writing, or at least practice my songwriting consistently, but I have been procrastinating for months so I figured challenge myself publicly.
Here's week 1 of the challenge with a song that I call "Comes from Within"
