I just checked and they dropped the price by 4 million dollars so maybe the rooms are a little too specific.😂
I loved the grass wallpaper.
Beautiful place! Well done! I've always deplored anything even approaching "a touch of whimsy" in decor, though, and I have never incorporated it into any of my mansions. But then, I've never actually had a mansion - which is probably the biggest reason I've never incorporated it in one.

Wow, what a cool lion head fireplace surround. The whole house is pretty amazing, especially given its location. Our favorite space is the studio. It's a little less over the top than the rest of the house and gives off calming vibes. Thanks for showing us this. Makes us miss NYC all over again.

It giving off designers that are “trying to hard”. Chaos & overwhelming for a “home” setting. It gave me an anxiety.

#3 Interior designers just displayed their work in each room, not connecting the entire house with a coordinating style. The second group of designers did the house justice, it was an open feel with a modern style blended with traditional works for an opulence look.

Nice observation. I just went to this year’s Showhouse ( video coming soon), and many rooms had no connection to the home. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
