Come thou Fount (Piano Cover)
Музыка
Come thou Fount (Piano Cover) / / This arrangement is specifically my prayer for the unbelievers out there. Ezekiel 34 speaks of a season where God sends showers of blessings our way. I have been in those seasons before, and my desire is for everyone to experience those seasons. What a joy it is when that first blessing comes into an unbelievers life and transforms them into a forgiven son or daughter of Christ! I hope you enjoy this cover!

I look up "come thou fount piano" on KZread at least twice a year, but this is the first time I've seen this video populate on the list. Haha. How has this video been hidden from me for 4 years? Outstanding cover!

@@jmopiano Oh man, I feel really guilty asking for requests. I don't know if it counts as a hymn, but I really like Homeward Bound by Marta Keen. If you like it, I hope to see a cover from you, but I wouldn't want you to play it if it doesn't seem like a song you'd enjoy playing.

I've been revisiting the piano and getting frustrated that my hands are too small to manage some of the chords. You've done an amazing job building a style that works. Also, your piano seems unusually percussive? (I like it).

I watched a couple of your recordings around 2018. I think they were full of energy. Better than the last ones. Also I often think that you should change style a little ... continue to move on! For example, I would love to watch some classical music, like Chopin.

Thank you so much for this comment Philipe! I'm posting a lot more frequently than I did back in 2018, and I have already covered most of the really popular piano songs. So it is getting more difficult each year to find songs that people are searching for that I haven't already covered, but I'm continuing to learn new songs to hopefully fill in the gaps. Classical music just isn't in my repertoire. I don't read sheet music, and my hands are too small to play most every popular song. Also, there are many channels and artists with those already covered, so I'm trying to do something a little bit different. Have you heard all of the covers I've released this year? I'm hoping some of them embody the same thing you liked back in 2018. I'd love to hear more from you!

@@jmopiano Thanks for your long answer. I am not a pianist and could not see or hear that you arrange these songs so you can play it with your hands. I think most music styles are developed either because of new possibilities (instruments) or some limitations (using a travel instrument etc.). So I get that some classic music pieces are difficult to play. Anyway, I would like to talk to you about a piece that, in case you don’t know it, will certainly get your attention and I have no idea if it would be possible to play or adapt. Anyway: when I was around 16, It happened that I saw a movie on TV named "Un coeur en hiver". My interest was first for the beautiful actress. She has the role of a musician, recording a part of Maurice Ravel. I did not know much about his music beside the Bolero . But I got totally under the charm of this music. Never heard before, touching, with an oriental style. This was the "Trio en la mineur pour piano, violon et violoncelle" kzread.info/dash/bejne/eW2alpSQZszfn9I.html
