Pasta recipe:
Pasta of choice, make to instructions on packet
Sauce:
2 cans pilchards
1 tomato
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
Salt to taste
1 cup of chicken stock ( 1 tsp with a cup water )
2 tsp flour ( add to stock)
Cheese ( up to you)
Let simmer for at least 10 mins stirrinf regularly
Then combine sauce with pasta
