Health benefits are probably beyond counting. I've been searching KZread for such. I'm so glad I found you so now I can get to learn this myself!!!! Immensely grateful. Well done

Muwogola for young people, oldies we leave the floor😊
Thanks so much but Buganda also has more dances: Mbaga - a secret teacher for the only married couples(you can guess what this means). It is danced on the weddings. Children are not supposed to participate or watch it. There is Amaggunju which is a royal dance. It is performed for the King by the people of Butiko clan. There is also Ttigga. It is for entertainment like Baakisimba, Nankasa and Muwogola.

The trainer or teacher is very good. However, he is a man. Traditionally, Baakisimba, Nankasa and Muwogola, a man is free to dance while opening his legs, but women do not open their legs whatsoever. Please mark this when you are teaching the students below 18. Keep our traditions. The woman keeps the legs together even in Muwogola. It is only in Mbaga dance when a women opens the legs a little bit. And Mbaga dance is meant to train things (senga w'omumukisenge) that is why she can be allowed to.
Am looking for your number please teacher 🙏
Nice
