    Thanks for sharing. How do you know where the customer drops off the vehicle when returning it. Does the customer send you pictures? Also, i believe you have to pay to get it off the airport?

    The customer will let us know where it’s located and will sometimes send a photo of where it is. We do pay to take the car out of the airport but what we do is charge the guest for the parking since we do not charge for delivery
