I agree with you 💯. There are too much empty land and empty houses in Jamaica and the soil is so rich not to mention the water and the fresh air.

What are your thoughts on investing from outside Jamaica. Example, Jamaican stock market. Your thoughts on this is true. Yes, I see a lot of Jamaicans taking care of Canadians in these retirement homes , however, they would never make the decision to start said services in Jamaica. It is mind blowing. .. I too am scared to come back to Jamaica. 😔

Yeah, I hear you, but yeah it is good to invest from outside of Jamaica, because that is what many of these European and others are doing, but as a Jamaican you need to secure a place here and make your regular visit to become familiar with the culture again then you will see that there is nothing to fear, if you are coming back home don't make your home where you used to live go somewhere else where no one know you, I will tell you why in another video.
