Hey coco, you should get all your books that you haven’t read this year and wrap them up in news paper and then use them towards a book challenge in 2023. You then randomly select a book when your ready to read and then you have no choice but to read instead of putting it off !! That’s what I’m going to do this year as I’ve got a load of books left over! Enjoyed the cozy book vlog xx

I’m so glad you picked up Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow! It’s my fave of the year :) I don’t want you going in with the wrong expectations though - it’s not set *within* a video game (though some brief chapters are), but rather follows Sadie and Sam as they make games together! Its so much more about friendship, love, and creativity than it is about video games really. I hope you love it - it has so much heart and is such a beautiful book that I’m sure it’ll have something in there for you, even if it’s not what you went into it looking for :)

Just to clarify, as someone who has MS, it is not a motor neurone disease (you might be thinking of ALS). MS is an autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system. Basically the protective layer of nerve fibres is destroyed. Best comparison I've heard is, think of a damaged charging cable. The transmission of signals to the muscles is weakened. Anyways, enough rambling, I'm also a big fan of Selma Blair. Can highly recommend her documentary on Discovery+ :)

For independent book shops I think you might like paramount books near the print works or chorlton bookshop, both are really homely the first one is more books that the guy has collected and has a little vintage shop and record shop in the back/upstairs 🙂🙂

Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow isn't really like you're in a game. It's more literary fiction. I'm reading it now and it's amazing so far. It won some awards I think, and it was BOTM book of the year. My phone is actually resting on that book as I watch this 😄

If you like queer lit there is a little queer bookshop (sells all queer books) in Afflecks in Manchester(lots of different shops on all of floors). They have graphic novels there too! So you might find some there
