The tech that Clairen uses to fall when using up special is called Axmos Drop. There's a google doc about it, but also a youtube video by Pany with a short demo, just look up Axmos Drop. The Clairen in the clip ALSO performs a ledge cancel after the Axmos Drop which makes it especially impressive.

Someone mistook my editing for Age's, which is great cause Dats what I was going for!
