This week we chatted to Richie Rude and tried to find out some of his closely held training secrets. We also chatted to a few others including the Yeti mechanics and caught up with Specialized rider Sofia Wiedenroth.

Great to see the banter with Ritchie, he has a comically awkward mix of introverted, friendly gamesmanship. Love to see more of the Yeti Devo team if you ever get the chance. Hugely appreciate the variety of stuff and effort you put on the channel. As everybody knows Enduro is hard to get coverage of at the best of times so this behind the scenes stuff is gold. I hope to see the channel really take off.

Chaz, don’t knock Ricky R Fox fork, Specialized in the USA ONLY put Fox on there mid to high end retail MTB bikes, which to me is a bummer since I’d prefer Rockshox. Maybe you can influence the purchase decision makers with this vid 🤞
