My God
I've doubt in question 4.6 of MTP for May 2022 CA final paper 6D in section 6(2) of competition act, notice shall be issued within 7 days as per new module, but MTP answer was solved taking into consideration 30 days, as mentioned in old module (from which this video is made), Is this a mistake in new module? Bare act doesn't specify any mention of 7 days here, neither there is any amendment regarding section 6(2) What should we do in exam?

@@arushigoyal3549 discussed with many and concluded with:- there's mistake in the new module. We have to consider there :- 30 days only
