It's a Weakaura from "Luxthos". U can find it if you google "weakaura rogue wotlk". Or check out my Addon/Weakaura Video, where I explain how to customize that weakaura.

How much arp/resil are you running with?

I only have 44 arp from my offhand. With the current setup I'm at 1300 resil. Soon, I'll get a new trinket (Mjolnir Runestone), but lose 100 resil in exchange.

Oh wow, I assumed you were stacked with arp. Usually people who play combat play with very low resil. Interesting to see you having great results with this setup. Sick

Yo, glaub ich dir. Find Combat ist am besten in double dps aufgehoben.
