CHORDS:
And can the Physician make sick men well,
Am Em
And can the magician a fortune divine
Am F C G
With lily, germander, and sops in wine
Am C G
With sweet briar
Em
And bonfire

Other verses:
Within and out, in and out, round as a ball,
And hither and thither and straight as a line...
Any lass for a Duke, a Duke who wears green
In lands where the sun and the moon do not shine...
When Aubrey did live, there lived no poor,
The lord and the beggar on roots did dine...
There are windfalls of dreams, there’s a wolf in the stars
And Life is a nymph who will never be thine...

You could probably do a bouncier version of parts of it by increasing the tempo and making the beat heavier to make it more of a folk-dance tune, but that would ideally need a bit more instrumentation than was available here: a fiddle and a squeezebox of some kind could give a pretty different sound to the whole piece :)
