The Columbia Conference on Mental Health Journalism & Media is a symposium presented by Columbia’s School of Journalism and Department of Psychiatry for journalists as well as treatment professionals and researchers who communicate with the public on mental health and addiction issues. The afternoon keynote speech, “Biography and Psychopathology: Lessons from Robert Lowell’s Mental Illness, Life and Work” was given by Kay Redfield Jamison.
