Sounds like I should pose my question to you guys instead of Epson then: I have a CW6500, recently acquired, but there seems to be no way to make real blacks on it? All blacks are either brownish or when using max K, a dull dark grey, far from black. Any tips for me? It annoys me that my cheap HP desktop inkjet printer does better blacks on the same papers.. Would appreciate any ideas since I have tested most settings (and I've been printing with large format printers for 10 years, so I'm not a total novice). Cheers!

Hey, I have two questions? 1. What label software would you recommend for those that use Mac computers? 2. WHAT IS THIS ERROR the print quality may decrease because the nozzles are clogged?

Hello, you can use a Mac driver, or BarTender, Teklynx Codesoft, NiceLabel, or Loftware to name a few. That error is just a flag for you to check the printed label to make sure it looks OK. If the nozzles are clogged to the point where print quality is affected, the printer should automatically trigger a cleaning cycle.
