Colorado National Monument
After leaving Utah to start our long drive back home we wanted to take the drive through Colorado National Monument. What a wonderful and beautiful place! The drive was epic even with our Kodiak travel trailer in tow behind us. We started from the North side in Fruita and drove southbound for the 20+ miles until it puts you out into Grand Junction. We passed through several tunnels, all of which are large enough for most RV's. The landscapes here are simply, breathtaking and the views from atop of the butts are wonderful. This was definitely a great place to see on our way back home.

Thanks for sharing with us Adam and Abby. Stay safe! 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻✋🏻✋🏻
Thanks for helping me plan my trip. I am defiantly going!
I’m glad you could show the you tubers our part of western Colorado there is a lot more to see and do in the Grand Junction area
My mom lives in Grand Junction, I’ve been through the Monument many times!
My favorite place to visit in Colorado ! ! I really like the Black Canyon of the Gunnison also !
It is a great drive, done it twice, once in my truck, and once my motorcycle... worked in Grand Junction for a while.
that tunnel reminded me of every tunnel the road runner and wily e coyote went through lol
I congratulate you guys for dealing with your fear of heights. My home was at the bottom of the Grand Junction entrance so you are in my back yard...almost literally...
Very beautiful Awesome place. Excellent video. Thank you for sharing.
Abom that was awsome guy's some really beautiful landscap.... loved eveything about that place.... i even liked the veiw from the roads...
Great video. Planning on driving through onnour way from Black Canyon to Moab next year. Thanks for showing RV’s on the road. We have a 36’ class A motorhome pulling a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. Was debating on parking RV in town and making a circle route with the Jeep. Now I might just drive through. Tunnels will be a challenge, we are 12’ 10” tall, definitely will have to ride the center, no moving to the side.
Neat video. I was born in Fruita and used to go up there for picnics. Great place to visit and beautiful/
Love the Bear Lake advertisement!! You’re videos are great, (we live in fish haven beside BL.). Thanks for the good content.
Beautiful, thanks...
cool! thanks.
We were there in August and that place BLEW ME AWAY! Most certainly a hidden gem. Definitely want to go back!
Beautiful scenery! Thanks again for sharing with us. I think you guys are hooked on the desert southwest and west. Did you ever meet any vehicles coming your way when you traversed all those tunnels? Looked like you had to drive right down the middle on all of them.
Superbe paysage, c'est magnifique. Merci pour le partage.

I did this drive one night in my early 20's in a blizzard, high on mushrooms
I feel like I'm in the passenger seat!
Oh no, vertigo.
I wonder if it looked like Nebraska 20 million years ago before the erosion.
Spoiler: the Bangs Canyon OHV shares some more intimate moments with similar scenery ,,, just bring some off road driving skill what ever you ride a top …beautiful intermediate level hiking as well!
Oh wow!! It's getting real this is on my list but damn pulling a trailer and hauling a Monkey with no guardrails omg just don't take your Porsche on those roads or your end up like one of my favorites

How do you get maps of all these places. Do you get them at the visitors center. Planning a trip to Colorado? Also the passport stamp book. How do I obtain one of those?

We use Google Maps and books. You can buy the passport book at any visitors center run by the National Park Service.
