Alot of kids screw off and end up in regret. When we are kids we don't know how fast life flys by no matter how often the old folks would tell us. You just think since there is so much time left you can achieve things later but unfortunately kids are sooo wrong about that and you blink and your 30. Than you blink again your 40. I wish they taught a class about perception and how fast life flys by to help get kids more aware of the scenario. Even then we are stubborn and so youthful that it just doesn't register lol. Look closely a Travis, he's got little tricks that doesn't wear himself out. This video he's not wear his heart out by hitting every step, he skips like 3 steps. two days ago, they were doing sit up, Travis raised his leg up first before the sitting up. just watch him, he does little things to get thru the drill that nobody else does.
@MarvelousJP
Жыл бұрын
@@7Louise7 if you go back to JSU conditioning Travis was always in front when they ran the stadium steps at the Vet. However many shortcuts you think he takes while working trust me his conditioning is next level. And running stadium steps whether you skip a few or not isn’t easy regardless. In fact it’s probably even harder because the amount of extra energy and leg strength you have to use when skipping steps. This is coming from someone who once had to run the stadium steps at Hampton University
@dunebuggy1292
Жыл бұрын
@@7Louise7 I want the player that does tricks like this. It goes with his personality and how he manages to make plays. In life, you have to learn to play the game beyond the game. Of course, this would be a problem if he didn't actually show effort. If he wasn't leading the pack and make himself visible. The coaches likely know this behavior of his, but can't knock the fact that he is highly consistent and gives it his all almost always. When you're just phenomenally good, you can leverage the situation to ensure you maintain consistency.

With the exception of @Dunbuggy12, who got my point yall assume I was saying something negative when I basically saying Travis uses his mind to outsmart the process. More muscle & strengh is in use to get it done quicker with less cardio, instead of 1,000 step he did 500 steps quick as possible. Another example in winter training, those drop down push ups, he stayed bent over real close to ground whereas everybody got fully upright, less road travelled.

@MarvelousJP
@dunebuggy1292

This I like. Steps, hills, both. Old school and it works!

Man you know what's really crazy their conditioning is going to be out of this world , working in the mountains at that altitude in Colorado will have them in unbelievable shape as far as conditioning and being able to play in the 4th quarter and the other teams are going to be gassed .
