I played legends when it first came out, didn't touch it again for a good while, and have only recently come back to it. I enjoyed the Italian BB line so much when i got back to the point where i decided to go for the C. Colombo as my first LT ship. I'm very close to getting it now, very excited as well

​@@1974TeeboneExactly because this project along with the other 2 new ones now requires its T8 counterpart so be on the lookout when Harugumo, Kremlin, Regolo, Z-52 and etc. Ooohh Zao, Hindenburg, Venezia and Vermont...Ouch.

Can't wait to get her. She's 6.5 base secondaries btw, not 6.8. Still spicy! As a Bb main who LOVES secondary builds, she looks like alot of fun. 3 parts of her bureau are instant 1 battle finishes too ( caraccilio, veneto, lepanto ) which makes it an even quicker project. Cheers!

I know I'm going to be a part of the battleship problem but since coming back the German Battlecruiser and Italian Battleship lines have drawn me in. I'm very close to the Vittorio Veneto and about 1/3 of the way to P. Rupprecht. Once my current two projects finish up it's time for Schlieffen and Colombo.

Hello Derka and I bid you greetings from the ice planet of Hoth... I've been using a partial accuracy/secondary build on the Verdi, Lepanto, & Vittorio Veneto with di Revel (16/3) as the primary commander, with Iachino (16/3), and Hipper (16/3). I like taking some time off that main gun reload. I've gotten the results that I was looking for, but one's mileage will likely vary because we all play a bit differently. I began my Bureau project with the Columbo on update day and I'm thinking that the above build is what I will go with initially, due to those 16 turrets but, I'm kicking around a different idea that would involve a tweak to my go-to Italian build. That would entail a substitution of Hipper for Arthas the Cold (which I have at 16/2) with that fighter plane. That can make the Columbo a extremely dangerous ship within 7-9 kilometers. It's situational, but imagine what one can do when the opportunity is there...😜 If you have Arthas the Cold leveled up fairly high, I invite you to try this out on the Columbo and share the results if applicable. Oh boy this will now incentives players to grind for those T8 boats. I already got Lepanto, Saint Louis and Smaland but need to grind for the moment that something like Zao, Harugumo, Regolo, Goliath, Venezia, Nevsky and Vermont because if now they're asking for their T8 counterparts then i don't have those yet.

@@DerkaGames I just got the roon a couple weeks ago and it is awkward to play the turret arrangement but when you get it going, the AP is crazy. So I can just imagine how much fun the Hindenburg will be with 4 of those turrets.

It feels like recently there's been a prevalence of a very vocal minority in the PC version who are obsessed with min-maxing and get very loud whenever something shakes up the status quo, and if they're not complaining about something being overpowered they're complaining about something else being underpowered.

Cannot wait to get my hands on this beast

Im shooting for holland and CC. 360 turrets!! yes please! the only boosts I run for the secondaries are maxed out Hipper and slot 4 secondary mod. Iachino all day with hipper and Cunningham .... Farsight works

it might not be better....but I look at it as a torp awareness and defense. these BBs can push a lot of ships off cap with ease.

Italian BBs are def fun when specd for agility cuz no one can do sh’t when ur inside there battlegroup cruising faster then there guns and u just shoot the flanks for heavy dmg

I’m currently grinding up the French TT cruisers for henri, after that I might start researching Colombo.

I found under the comment section someone saying that this ship was crap, because he expected Kremlin etc. But when they will get this ship against, they are going to be more upset then before maybe.

No way i'm building into the guns xD i got Bourgogne for that, now sure 16 380s sounds fun but i still play RM BBs for the secondaries, i might test a hybrid build though Personaly i'm grinding Henry and Colombo, i don't find Halland to be that different from Smålland contrary to the other two and their respective tier 8s

Yeah the more I think on it, the guns performed well enough in this game, that it's a nice option to have seconadaries ready for a brawl situation

I prefer the italian line over the battlecruisers In my opinion the real german bb's are the ones that worth it, they are more comptitive, but you will decrease their potential with secondary builds especially when talking about gk( i will get it in about 3 horurs), italian bb's are like the battlecruisers but without their flaws, i have awaited for the Colombo half a year ago, i got the caraciollo and it was not very goot until i learned it's style, when Lepanto was introduced it had very good acuracy, when they nerfed lepanto i thinked that they nerfed all italian bb's in terms or acuracy. (Thank you Derka for this gameplay, cheers:))

Halland is cool, but definitely not as fun as this monster

I’m still going for some of the oldies like Conq and Khaba. I have the Montana, Gearing, Yammy, Alaska, Worcester, and Shima and just unlocked Schleiffen yesterday but with the new style needing tech trees, I’m going for the others until I can grind tech lines

@@DerkaGames it’s not bad, not my kinda play style. I like my heavy BBs that can flank for crossfires. I forgot I have the Colbert, Mino, GK and the Des Moines too. Those don’t see much use since I’ve unlocked them.

@@Dt-7702 GK is powercrept and is chunked very easily. You will need to be extremely careful about Torps and position very well to do anything. Schleiffen IMO is okay but is far too susceptible to HE spam from the hundreds of fire spammers out there. I tend to have more fun in a accuracy based BB or just play the meta in DDs or Cruisers. This is from a guy who plays only solo so I cannot rely on team mates.

@@G19Jeeper Thank you for your advice, i will try to fight in him on longer distance bcz of the shima's, bcz it has the worst torpedo reduction in legendary, but in reality H class battleships had a torpedo reduction design similar to the french one since the french one is pretty good

I might try Iachino with Hipper/Haruna for a hybrid build. 🤔

That could be a solid build. I played a few accuracy games with Iachino, it was solid but had bad matches so didn't get to fully explore it

Right now I'm enjoying Colombo more, but they're both great. I can't decide!

I just hope that not all CCs praise it and say it is amazing because than WG will do a lepanto and by the time we get it, after investing time and global XP, it gets nerfed to really disapointing.

Honestly with the 50/70 pen angles I'm quite happy with this and the faster reloadit gets. I'm sure if it were SAP mains reload would be higher than 36 seconds base. Oof
