This Hot chocolate is a morning drink for Colombians... My hubby is Colombian and loves the hot chocolate... They also dip a bread into.... I might have to do a video on the bread hahaha.... I used string cheese here I did not have the Colombia cheese which is really salty... Colombian hot chocolate is the BESTTTT! Sol is also my favorite, but harder to find nowadays. I like using mozzarella or queso fresco with it.

I rather have the colombian cheese but hard to find in a one horse town. hahahahaha but thats the cheese i use 2nd the string cheese melts better.... You can make the chocolate taste less with these chocolates.... By the way where are you from?????

Jan nothing. My husband is Colombian an this what they do. We put Colombian cheese. It’s so good it’s a salty cheese and sweet hot chocolate. Look up people trying Colombian hot chocolate they go crazy over it. Hahaha I am white girl so at first I was like huh. But oh it’s so good I asked hubby he said it’s the salt of the cheese that change a the hot chocolate some not alot
