New revision for New Edition of the rules of the road. (August 2014) Rams do not just carry R-W-R when making way. The SHALL also display a 1-2 mast headlights dependent on length and side and stern lights.

To all new boaters, never under estimate the power of the seas. Train properly because there may be a day when it can save your and other crew members their life. Safe trip.

    sir NUC vessel at Anchor..Lights??

Sir, I don´t quite agree with your explanation at minute 1:37: 10 regarding sound signals for vessel in restricted visibility. The only vessels that don´t change their fog signal when at anchor are RAMs, Fishing vessels and Dredgers. The rest can only be underway making way or underway but stopped and making no way through the water. therefore a NUC, CBD, Minesweeper, tug and a sail yacht at anchor in restricted visibility should sound the bell and ( +100m the gong) and additionally one short one prolonged one short. What do you reckon.?

Francisco Caparrós Vázquez Thank you. We agree with your comment. All the vessels in the list while in restricted visibility and while underway are required to sound one prolonged and two short blasts while underway, however any RAM vessel or fishing vessel while underway or at anchor are required to sound one prolonged and two short blasts... Tiny revision. The Alpha flag aboard a vessel engaged in diving operations needs to be a "Ridged Replica" Per rule 27 e-ii Just to mention, most likely due to revision of the rules of the road. In video : 1:20:10 Great video btw
