As an Independent, I don't see him as a criminal. He was charged with the same thing Clinton was fined for in 2016. In Trump's case? It was an expired misdemeanor upgraded to 34 felony counts. Yup, and they claim Biden is removing his political opponents just like Putin (when they are wuddabouting), but Putin's notable opponent died from poor health in a freezing prison (at least as far as we know, could have just been killed directly) before the election. 45 is walking around babbling about how he's not allowed to talk, still making outlandish claims, and supposedly is going to be executed (yes, he posted that) but yet is going to be on the debate stage this week? A dictatorship is a government or a social situation where one person makes all the rules and decisions without input from anyone else.

What a fool. The purpose of the three separations of powers (Executive, Judicial, Legislative) is to allow the President to enact certain laws/regulations without Judicial or Legislative approval. How does a Governor not know this? It is not a dictatorship, it is following our Constitution.

Wrong! Read the statement again. "Certain laws/regulations." Not "all" laws and regulations. The president can veto/pass bills passed/not passed by Congress and vice versa.
