As a former real estate specialist in Los Angeles the residential properties here in the Philippines needs to burst like a bubble. Prices are so stupidly high there is few honest middle income earner can afford even the small condos. That is why some are doing illegal stuff just to afford a real middle income living. I hope when Pogo exits and we have a massive condo surplus many can afford a decent condo here in the metro.
Marcos, please close all POGOs. Senator Risa, please be faithful to your promise to fight for the closure of all POGOs. You seem to be quiet now. Is it because of the influence of your good friend, ex Senator Trillanes?
