Colleyville Contemporary Swim Up Bar Pool Construction Time-Lapse. We did edit out all the rainy days and times when there was no action for your viewing pleasure. A big thanks to the family and Bobby, the superintendent. Project includes: large glass tile tanning ledge, vanishing edge, sunken kitchen, fireplace, raised spa with stair stepped water spillway, fire bar, accenting home & Corton steel fireplace, and LED lights & gusher. Wow, what a pool. I love the shelf with bubbling water and chairs.
Looks great. We have a Claffey remodel starting this week! One thing that stood out to me was the post width on the two pergolas. They could have been a bit chunkier imo
This is what we call 'Brad Pitt' of pools. This is really like a dream house with a dreamy swimming pool ❤️❤️❤️

Questions, how do you reduce the negatives of a concrete pool, such as heat loss, cracking, running salt water etc.. When building these custom pools? What coatings, insulation or materials are used to improve over a traditional concrete style design?

Is that slope plan a proposed or existing plan? also why is this plan important?

Have to solve for the slope or trees die and the solution does not work. Most important on a hillside.

There are many different things that go into the cost of a pool. If you go to my Houzz page it will give you some cost ranges for the projects if that helps you. My channel is focused on the design of projects - not the cost. Costs are not the same in different areas of the country or even from city to city and even from the way pools are built.
