After I graduated college 11 years ago, I went from someone who could stay up till 10 or 11pm to someone going to bed at 8:30pm. I started working a job full time that I needed to be there 6am to 2pm. I have continued to go to bed at 8:30pm and wake up at 4:30am daily now.

Same here! There are some days where I have to be at work by 5:30am so I’m usually falling asleep by 8. 😂 Sleeping in for me is like 7-7:30am wake-up lol

Same! I remember not even getting ready to go downtown until like 9 or 10, and now I’m in bed by 7:30, 8 at the latest.

I’m also a senior in college with a full time job so I am glad to know I wasn’t the only one who has just been EXHAUSTED. I don’t feel like anything crazy has been going on for me to be so tired but I think it might just be us finally at the end of a long journey 😂
