Trump was a moderate New York Democrat before he changed party and became a Republican. He donated to Democrats like Bill Clinton and Jesse Jackson. They invited him to their fundraisers, parties and weddings as both a successful businessman and TV celebrity. He was recognized for his work in helping minority owned businesses and the Black community with an NAACP Rosa Parks award. He was also recognized by Jewish groups for his support of the Jewish Community -- and his daughter, son-in-law (and key advisor) and many grandkids are Jewish. He was a frequent guest on TV shows like The View and the Oprah Show, and they always treated him with smiles. All that changed when he ran against Hillary Clinton. At first he was treated like the comic relief, oh that cheeky Trump, he's good for ratings! Then he got traction. Then they freaked out when he won the GOP Nomination and started to perform well against Hillary. They knew they couldn't run against actual Trump -- a moderate Democrat turned moderate Republican, so they reinvented Trump from the outside. Like a switch had been flipped the Democrats and allied media turned on him and used all their resources to paint him as a racists, misogynist, fascist reincarnation of Adolf Hitler! They rewrote history, took quotes and media appearances out of context and highly edited to make Trump seem like a horrible racist. He's not a racist. Never was. You've been lied to.

Agreed. Trump isn't and never was racist. He's had fantastic good relations with African Americans his whole life. His son-in-law (Jared) and daughter (Ivanka) and their children are Jewish, yet he has been called anti-Semetic by the liberal media. The media and Democrats straight-up invent lies, because they know enough people will simply believe them without any question. The most racist people on earth are white liberal Democrats. All Republicans care about is that you follow the law and pay your taxes... and not kill (mostly black!) babies through abortion...!!!

He also passed executive actions to create black business opportunity zones to improve economic conditions for black owned business. He helped reform criminal policies that have been historically hurting black men like mediatory sentencing for minor drug offenses. He was nominated several times for the Nobel peace prize for his Abraham accords in the Middle East. He nominated multiple black people to high positions in his administration. On a personal side he has donated millions to organization helping black citizens and people who are wrongly disenfranchised. He was recognized by Jessie Jackson and many high profile black leaders for his charitable work helping the black community. These are all achievements to be recognized.

The perks and side benefits that come with holding an elected office have created the entitled politician mentality. They don't pay for gas in their limousines or airplanes. Shop at the supermarkets or big name stores. They have people to do that for them. They live above us and comfortably, might I add. Yet we are the ones who put them where they are now. I think it's time for a changing of the politicians... It's time we stand together and show them that we put you there and we can put you out. Put on your work for us clothes and start doing your job or "You're Fired"! The lengths our elected politicians have gone to are down right evil and criminally explorable. They lie, cheat and waste time, money and effort, scheming to keep their agenda alive. They have spent so much time and money on trying to discredit Trump with their bogus bullshit that they are showing their poker hand. They underestimate the American people and think we are stupid. This era of politicians have grown too big for their britches and think they can control us. We have ALL been lied to. I can't say for sure if Trump has a good or evil heart. Judging by his actions he really loves Americans which, as an American, I find good. However the media and his opponents say he is racist because he has said some racist things, but when I look into the things they say are racist I find the video/audio clips they play as examples are edited eliminating important context that drastically change the meaning of his words. I know this as a lie by omission. This is how our modern main stream media operates, you will have to seek information from all sources and decide what is truth. Good luck!!

It really makes me mad at myself. Having no social media has helped a lot though. I look at everything from every angle now and most of my true lived views and experiences definitely lean Republican.

I always hated Trump because he was arrogant TV, back before his run for president. I hated how he supported the Clinton's, but during his first term, he gained my support through his actions. It was because of Trump that I began to see how the mainstream media manipulated us. I remember watching CNN, and they misquoted Trump and me staring at the TV with confusion. I remember saying out loud, "That is not what he said!". That was the start of my support for DJT, now I am a "ride or die" DJT supporter.

I saw his Charlottesville speech live. I saw him say “not the white supremacists, they should be condemned completely”. Twice. The news that night was how he refused to condemn them. From that moment on, I knew the news was fake.

I'm 48 years old and I always hated politics because I despise politicians. Fortunately, one day while watching CNN, they cut over to Trump's statements regarding the Charlottesville event. I watched a the entire thing and then they cut back over to CNN where they proceeded to completely lie about what he just said. My girlfriend and I looked at each other and realized in that moment that this is what he meant by "fake news". They cut his statement in half and tried to frame him as a racist. It was a boldfaced lie.

He was praised by Jesse Jackson and people like Al Sharpton because Trump made a point to hire minorities and to use minority owned companies as subcontractors. Had to comment on school choice. In the 80’s our daughter went to a private Christian school that we paid for. Later in 11th grade she wanted to go to public school so she could take college level courses. After a week, just one week, her attitude completely changed and sometimes on verge of crying. It took days of asking what’s wrong that she finally told us. The public school system was so far behind. They were teaching students in the 11th grade things she learned in 9th grade at the private school. At her age she said out loud “They are dumbing us down. Bingo! Simple things I learned in the 60’s & early 70’s are no longer taught. Things like Home economics, management of money, wood shop & auto repair and sex education… not pervert sex they teach today to our very young children. Another thing was racism. Yes we had a little bit but nothing like today. The left is trying to take us backwards. School system is teaching kids hate and division. I’m done but really have so much more!

So true. I was fairly intelligent in school. I realize now how blessed I was. Got A's and B's all the way until high-school graduation without studying. Teachers told me I'd do great in college. First semester I failed 3 out of 5 classes because I believed I was smart enough to make it without studying. Failed 2 more the next semester because the "freshman guidance program" told me I'd be fine and to not seek a tutor. I actually studied that semester and still failed. Waited until it was too late to seek out a tutor myself. Ended up dropping out because I thought I was dumb and didn't want to waste my parents money. I do take responsibility. I'm not blaming anyone but the public education system definitely screwed me. My parents were amazed I didn't know how to write a check or balance a checkbook when I graduated and they asked me to write a check to pay for my college apps. They just assumed I would learn how in school because they did. Luckily my high school did have an automotive class so I fell back on that and am now a mechanic

I was educated in private schools through high school, except for a brief blip in 1978. The summer before fourth grade, we moved to a new house in a new town. My parents enrolled my older sister and me in the local public schools, which was pretty bad academically. It had open classrooms, and concentrating was difficult since you heard the other classes in the same room. I cried EVERY morning before having to go to school, and my sister hated her middle school. We stayed in the public schools for 28 days, and our parents enrolled us back into a private school. In public school, they were teaching me things I had already learned, so I was bored. In my new private school, I was no longer bored and felt challenged by the curriculum. Plus, I had my first kiss that year behind the cafeteria from a cute boy in my class, and I still remember his name. Ah, puppy love♥️

I was homeschooled. I am more thankful everyday. And they want to end private schools, which in a lot of states include homeschooling, so they have exclusive control over what the kids hear and believe about the world. Edit: Also, constitutionally education policy is the remit of the state government. Not federal.

This video needs spread far and wide! More people need to be educated on the facts. And word of advice, don't just ask for people to correct you if you're wrong, ask for incontrovertible proof, not an argument, or a tantrum, or yelling, but proof.
