I didn’t pay to fix the mold my landlord got it fixed thankfully(: and I coulda but I don’t wanna wait on maintenance. It’s deff had some issues but that’s also bc it’s a cheap old place to stay🫶

@@GraceSmith sweet pea. You should never have to live with roaches. That’s not good and no matter what your land lord should have bombed(roach bombed) the place before you moved in. Those roaches were big which means there are more and babies too. Like your Mom said. The spray is only good on contact. You have to use a few bombs to get rid of them. You have to be out of the apartment for a few hours for it to be effective. You have to do it every 3 months and there was mold, the walls are discolored, the tub wasn’t corked, etc. This apartment has red flags and worries me. 🥹

Girl just a suggestion if you move the futton to the wall you kept the tv and the tv next to the bathroom door your space would look so much bigger and you could watch tv from bed and “living room”. Love the vibes and the decor though you make it look so cozy and cute 🫶

The transformation was amazing. The red flags 🚩are still worrisome but I am hoping for the best for you. (Don’t leave any open food or drinks out ) You should really look into interior design because you made a miracle out of this space. Your mom is amazing as well. 🥰

Oo love this idea

Get the plugs that deter bugs. They go in outlets and transmit signal. Also roach bait in all corners. For extra protection get spray foam and fill every crack. You’ll never see another bug again

If you are still struggling with the roach problem this is the best thing to use Combat Max roach killing gel. But if you don't see it anymore you can still use it just in case. You can put it all around the edges of the room..

have you thought of taking your bathroom door off and adding maybe a curtain or beaded curtain? still gives it some privacy but i think it would make the room seem bigger and the door not having to be closed to access your fridge. you could obviously put the door back on once you move out.. just a thought/opinion :) it looks lovely!!!

Oh I know. My neighbors would totally be hearing me scream at the top of my lungs, if I saw any bugs 🤣

The big roach is a palmetto bug and unfortunately there’s no chemical out there to get rid of palmetto bugs in the colder months they come in they don’t breed as fast as other roaches just a heads up from a pest control specialist

She’s staying at my parents)): I’ll be explaining soon in a video but basically while I want her here it’s so small and bc I had to spray for bugs she can’t b here for safety/and it wouldn’t be as happy for her. My parents house has huge windows, someone for her to sleep with every night still, and she loves their dogs. She will move back in w me after this place & I’ll be doing like biweekly visits I’ll show on the vlogs to spend time w her❤️‍🩹

Sorry to say but the bugs are probably from your boxes. Roaches love breeding in cardboard. And as your boxes were in storage= bugs. Um yeah.
