This is the 1st video in an Easton Neighborhoods series where I take you through all of the different neighborhoods of Easton, Pennsylvania. College Hill to start, but coming up will be Downtown Easton, Southside Easton, West Ward Easton, Palmer, Forks. We have lots to explore! I’m Tara Roy and I’m a full-time Realtor now with eXp Realty in Easton, PA. I was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA until I moved to Malibu, CA for college. I started my Advertising career in Los Angeles and later transferred to New York City and, honestly, after all that big city living…I never thought that I would come back to the Lehigh Valley.
BUT am I ever glad I did! This sweet little valley is hopping with restaurants, cafes, concerts, galleries, community events, festivals, hiking trails, river sports, and so much more. It’s fun and friendly and an all-around amazing place to live. Now in my 2nd career as a Realtor, I get to relive the excitement I had when I bought my home in this awesome area - what a delight to help people BUY & SELL houses all the time!

The nice part of Easton. The cost is so high, you may as well go to Morristown, Parsippany, Morris Plains, Denville, or Randolf NJ.

Glad I came across your channel. Currently living in Denver but ready for a change hopefully mid - late summer 2021 seriously considering LV and didn’t know much about Easton so good info!

What I remember most was My Aunts house at the top of Butler St, where from the top window I could watch the giant Dixie cup go around and around at night.

The rockstar house was Judge Grifo’s…the inside was amazing

College hills is a safe neighborhood in your opinion? Just asking out of curiosity
What does a house like this cost in Easton?
I went to School at Lafayette and graduated in 1963- I never really appreciated the homes and neighborhoods on the Hill.

How cool! Thanks for commenting. I suppose in college sometimes we are too busy studying and hanging out with friends to take in the full beauty of our surroundings. Did you stay in the LV?

Didn't stay in the LV but have some friends there- Did you all know that the LV was a major music center in the 80' - and still is . Lots of goups came from the Valley and it still has many remnants of those great days.

Sorry for the typo- I meant "groups" not "goups". And I have to mention that I was involved with a record company in the "60s and thereafter.
