It's a beautiful stadium atmosphere, especially in the fall, while the leaves are changing color. I'm not sure how well they'll capture that, but it's a nice college town and a very passionate fan base. You'll likely get a few snow games during the end of the season as well, especially if you host a home playoff game. The stadium capacity recently within the past few years increased to roughly 40k as well right after they bumped up from the FCS level, so it's a decent size stadium for a smaller tier school.

So glad I just came across this. Been a Gator fan my whole life and am excited to see someone doing a dynasty with them! 🐊 Seeing a British college football fan is great for me being an American Premier League fan!

Go Gators! A fan since I was in High School in Florida. Your channel will blow up if you keep this up. I saw your video explaining recruiting or coach building (can’t remember). And I subscribed and when I realized you had like 500 subs I was shocked. Your presentation feels like a much larger channel. And with this game being back for the first time in 10 years your aren’t fighting with many college football focused channels. So I think more people will find you rather than going to their go to creator. On a side note. I think it would be fun to live streams during Gator games. Love it bro! This past fall, my college age son and I took a trip to Orlando to visit my parents and wanted to catch a college game while there....the Gators had a home game against Vandy...we made the drive up and absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere and fellow Gator fans, tailgated and were instantly invited over to share some shots with some season tix holders who told us about the traditions and Tom Petty song. Couldn't believe the stadium inside and how many fans...it was such a great experience for both my son and I, will definitely be back to the Swamp in the future. This video hit home and appreciate why you're choosing them as your first team. Looking forward to future vids!

I'm a Canadian so I get it lol. The great thing about having no natural tie to college/nfl teams is we get to choose. Since I'm from Toronto and Buffalo is close that's my NFL team. I'm thinking of going with Northwestern for my main dynasty since playing in the Big 10 would be amazing with a non powerhouse. Keep up the great work!

Great back story. Looking forward to the UF campaign! For future team recommendations, I vote for UNC. A few reasons being 1. Turning a basketball school into football powerhouse. 2. They have sick uniforms as well. 3. Championship winning coach Mack Brown near retirement failing to help us win, you step in to bring us back to glory. Selfish reason I did went to UNC and lived in NC for 10 years so your Apps State and ECU are also interesting, just don’t pick Duke haha. In case you don’t know, UNC and Duke are like Man U and City. Louisville Cardinals, I became a big Cardinals fan when I was just a kid as my father watched them on Saturday and took us to games sometimes. I'm 51 so it's a long time ago Browning Nagle was the QB , we beat Alabama in the Fiesta Bowl, and as far as home game's went we was small and played on an old Baseball Diamond, I absolutely loved watching them play. Fast forward some years later and they'd build a 60,500 stadium nowadays and the home town hero QB Jeff Brohm would become our leader and Head Coach taking us to the ACC title game in his first season. We have a tradition called the Cardinal walk, hopefully it's in the game . The famous Twin Spires at Churchill Downs can be seen from the stands. The cardinal bird is at all the game's . I love that you are an American football fan that's great brother... I've recently started watching Football (soccer) and I would love to go see game at Old Trafford football stadium, Manchester United FC. I've been watching them on TV for about 7 years now. I like many others have recently started following Wrexham AFC game's and also the Documentary since The new owners Ryan and Rob bought the club. I guess you can say I just love football period. I can't leave out my all time favorite sports team and that's the San Francisco 49ers (NFL) anyways I'm looking forward to checking out what you do with your dynasty brother, I'll be starting as defensive coordinator for my Louisville Cardinals

Great question! I am not 100% sure yet on that. Not sure if it follows the old NCAA model or if it’s more like madden franchise with the weekly option to upgrade

Love hearing your story about becoming a Gator fan. I've met lifelong Florida fans and you fit in with your knowledge and passion. I'm a lifelong Oregon fan so that's my first team for sure. I noticed you didn't mention any West Coast teams. If you'd consider Arizona State or Boise State, they could be fun. Also, a northern team like Toledo or Buffalo could be a challenge as well. I like the App St and Kennesaw picks though too.

love the back story and reason for picking the gators. Should be a tough grind considering how deep and tough the SEC is especially with the new edition of Oklahoma and Texas. Other options for the second dynasty I like are Tulane, coastal Carolina, Memphis, east Carolina, and boise state. Kennesaw and app state are good too

I'm going to be starting two dynasties right away. First will be Penn State, my grandpa went there after he got home from WW2 so we've been a psu family. And 2nd I'm going to try to rebuild (or build) Buffalo into a powerhouse and eventually move them to the Big 10

I gotta suggest ASU if you like yellow. The branding is top tier with a great logo/mascot combo and the jerseys. They may be written off as a party school but they've produced multiple NFL players. My father used to work the fire works for them every Saturday so it's definitely my first dynasty choice

Welcome to the fam! Nothing is better than college football. I’m a Nebraska fan, like Florida, they have a rich history and have fallen on hard times. They just recruited a 5 star qb that will be starting as a true freshman (They stole him from Georgia btw). Could be an interesting story line and fun to see you dive into that history as well. Love this idea of two separate dynasties. I would suggest as a second school, a team more north or out west. That way you are playing complete different teams and regions more often. Maybe do a MAC or MWC school.

First of all, you are an excellent ambassador for your accent. I’m wanting to start three dynasties - one with each coach archetype. Maybe take a recruiter to Temple to lock up the Northeast, take a motivator to a school like ECU, App State or UAB, then start as an OC as a tactician with a school like UF, Colorado or Nebraska.

I really like Florida, "The Swamp", and the talent they produce... but it kills me when Tebow, Wuerfel, Trask, and Leak flop in the NFL. I'm going with one of the "directional schools" from the MAC and hoping for a mid-level top 20 dynasty.

😂😂 I’ll be in a pretty dang good mood Monday if it does!! My English football club is Charlton Athletic, through generations of my family. Sadly, they’re not very good these days, ravaged by ownership and money. Lower league ‘football’ can be a very sad state of affairs for its fans

I think you should go for charlotte 49ers for the other series. They have only been a FBS school for i think 9 seasons and have never won a bowl game during that short time. It would definitely be a challenging series but i think it would be a fun one.

As a fellow Brit with zero college football knowledge I need your insight and hints, personally I favour Virginia Cavaliers as my choice when the game comes out I have no idea if that's a good choice, or maybe the Texas Longhorns or Hawaii or Duke or the Spartans or whatever its going to be fun and remember its a game

Dude the game is going to be the absolute best way to learn about the teams and find one you love. My advice would be to try as many as you can, and if you feel pulled towards one, look into their history a little further and see what you think! No need to rush choosing your allegiance, mine came naturally and I love it 🐊

Rebuild the ECU Pirates & eventually move them to the ACC where they belong!!
