This is all so frustrating for everyone! Being a senior in college and have come to an abrupt end is heartbreaking. This last semester was suppose to be the best. However I understand why it is necessary, so is all leaning on each other and trusting God. We are all in this together 💕

Your feelings are SO valid, Emily. I'm a senior in college so this has been very hard for me to accept as well and I've been very emotional and depressed about it these past several days but i'm also grateful to be in good health right now and at home with my family. Hope you're doing better though :)

I’m writing this in October 2020 and you’re back at school right now in your beautiful apartment. You’re entertaining your close friends with amazing charcuterie boards. You had an amazing spring/summer at home and at the lake. Life moved on and as scary and unsettling as this time was (I was so sad for you having to do this all by yourself) you made it and things are okay. We went through this with our son too. He was a freshman at college. I love your videos, your style and your family. Please tell your Mom she rocks. I’m getting so many wonderful ideas from your videos.

This was a great vlog! I’m a freshman at Miami and I moved out of my dorm yesterday ☹️ it’s all so frustrating and sad but it makes me even more excited to be back in Oxford in the fall ☺️☺️

It sucks, but like you said we have to try to stay positive in middle of this crisis. So sorry your sophomore year experience was cut short! Hope you're feeling better Emily😊

I know how you feel regarding your sadness about leaving college. I'm a transfer student and am admitted into my dream school, however, I am supposed to start my term on May 26. Currently, the college I will attend has stated that they aren't sure whether if they'll transition to online or hold classes on campus. As someone who hasn't had a typical college experience, it would suck to miss the first portion of starting a new chapter in my life (a different state/environment, new people etc.) Also, since the college I'll be attending is a music school, collaboration is such a major component. Summer students were given the option the transfer into the Spring semester, but not the fall. All in all I know how you feel, it's a confusing and emotional time for many college students. Also, I understand the seriousness and gravity that the world is facing, just kind of wish this could've happened 1000 years from now.

I was emotional right along with you at the beginning of the video. I’m a senior in high school and we were supposed to graduate in May (May 26 to be exact) and now, we don’t know when we’re graduating. They canceled our grad bash and PROM! It’s an emotional roller coaster really. We start online classes next week until the end of April. Idk what’s going to happen, but this really sucks. Wish you the best, and I’m sorry for how this affected you, along with other college students and students in general really.

I think it's messing everyone up (in the school system at least.) I feel bad for high school and college seniors, because they're supposed to graduate in like May-ish(?) But coronavirus over here like: *I'm bout to ruin this man's whole career*

I’m a freshman at Miami, moving out and saying goodbye so suddenly was the hardest part.

I graduated in December and I cannot imagine being in college rn still having to leave esp the seniors.

Enjoy every single moment in Oxford. As a senior at Miami this news crushed me. It’s been 8 days and I already want more bagel and Bruno balls 😂
