my relationship fell apart 2 weeks before my proposal that was planned for March. together for 4 years. we were each others best friends. ive watched colleen for years and going through such heartbreak.... i think of her and see how everything works out for the best in the end. her first marriage, they weren't meant to be no matter how badly they tried. I think of her journey, from love to shattering heartbreak now to completely fulfilled happiness with a loving husband and a beautiful son. I know i will find my happy ending just like she did. don't give up hope.

In some ways this is just like the twilight wedding though because it’s at home and surrounded by family. The twilight wedding also gave 8 year old me super high expectations lol but I cried watching this, this wedding was so simple and so beautiful and Colleen looked so incredible and her and Eric look so in love and it’s the cutest most wholesome wedding ever.

This was so special. As someone who had a backyard wedding with a potluck I love this so much. Hubby and I have been together for 21 years, married 16 years and 4 kids later we’re still very happily married.

Colleen, I don't know if you did this on purpose, but your timing of this is so perfect. I'm sure there are hundreds, maybe thousands of couples out there devastated because their big, fancy weddings are being cancelled from this crisis. I have no doubt that you'll bring comfort to some of them by reminding them what really matters in a wedding and that all the rest can come later, if at all.

I got married under the arch between the living room and dining room of my parents’ house. I was five months pregnant. We were engaged already and planning a wedding before I found out I was pregnant. We had a small family wedding and it was so special. Some of the pictures and memories make me laugh while the others are so sentimental. For all the non-traditional and traditional brides and grooms, hurray! It’s all about the love!

My husband and I got married last weekend (April 25) in the middle of all of this crazy, in our backyard. We had only our parents and siblings there, and then all of our friends drove by our front yard to say hi to us. Beautiful, intimate, and so much fun! 💕 Just as incredible as any other wedding.

I just binged watched the whole 2 season's again... I was just thinking the same exact thing!!!

I watch this over and over again, this is just so special. It doesn’t need to be big it’s so beautiful to have a precious moment like that with your family. This is actually a dream wedding just having fun with the people you love. ❤️

That was so precious. My best friend got married in her backyard with like only 20 of us. She didnt want a big party and only wanted the people that truly mattered to her. So being there was one of the best moments of my life. Thank you for sharing this with us and I'm so glad you found your soul mate!!!

Watching this now as you have twin babies and Flynn is a big brother is so wonderful!!! Seeing the dance party was so familiar to y'all's almost nightly dance parties in that same living room area.. such a wonderful memory!!

Hi Colleen, I started watching you when you released the video where you learned you were pregnant with twins. Lately I’ve been watching all of your older videos and getting to know you and your family through this. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family and life with the internet. It’s extremely entertaining and honest. Sending you lots of love from south Florida.

Okay this actually made me feel so much better. My wedding is supposed to be August 1st this year and we are unsure if we are going to be able to actually have our big celebration, which really wont be that big anyways, and may just end up having to get married at the courthouse or just have something very small with our immediate families and postpone our big celebration until maybe next year. Seeing this made me feel better that it isnt about the celebration and yeah having to replan that whole thing would be stressful but we will still be able to be married and that is what matters not the big celebration. We can do that later. So this really helped me. Thank you.

Same thing for me. My wedding was gonna be August 2nd but with corona and everything might as well move up the date and just have a simple tiny wedding.. The main thing is marrying the person you love :) I'm getting married May 10th. I hope you have a great wedding whenever you decide to have it! Good luck ❤❤❤

@@samanthadenbow-moreaux2287 depends on your location too. I'm in Wisconsin and we have been behind the USA's overall curve for the virus so we could be shut down longer than some other places. Hoping that isnt the case and we can still have our special day but we will have to see how things go over the next month or so. Trying to stay positive though that it will work out.

@@samanthadenbow-moreaux2287 in my opinion our governor has been handling this well too we just happened to start getting the virus here later which is what put us behind other places now. Both our states seem to be doing really well with limiting travel and social distancing so hopefully we will both be fine! Good luck to you as well with your wedding. I'll keep you in my thoughts for it to work for you too!

Best wedding ever! Best memories ever! These kids will cherish these for the rest of their lives. My wedding day was...oh man, it was insane but good but insane. My hubby and I had our renewal and it was fun and crazy! Both times it was perfect.

“I don’t care what people think because it’s not your wedding” I know my wedding was an absolute mess but I have all happy memories of it and that’s all that matters ❤️

Parker is literally a mini version of Kory. I love his energy lol ❤️

Colleen and Tim dancing made me tear up. That scene makes me miss my Dad even more then I already do. This was lovely to watch. Thank You

What an amazing example of making memories, sharing love, and being a family. All without a huge, expensive, or stressful ceremony. I love colleen. She's the best.

This made me so happy!! I had a super untraditional, unplanned wedding too. We knew we wanted to be married so the date and plans were not important, we just wanted to be married. We went to the mountains on our own and read our vows, just us two. We then drove down to the nearest courthouse and got married with just my parents and us two there. Many people judged us for it but it was what we wanted and we were ready for it! A few months later we did a big party and had a ceremony for our families. It was so special and I’m glad that we were already married before because it made the party so much less stressful.
