They're the best comic dealers out there; never greedy, always hooking ppl up with crazy deals found no where else. Sadly however, ppl always take advantage of kind folk. &, Angelo & Sara are just that, kind-hearted good folk. They definitely need cameras. It's not the 1st time either - there's a snake in the grass.

Always, I mean always keep your books in hand. Not sure why you would want to place books in a bin like that to hold. It just opens up a lot of potential problems. That guy was devastated. Hate to have thieves ruin it for him.

Yes these two are way too trusting like infinitely more than one should be comfortable with. It’s nice sentiment and nice thought but just not the best idea in practice

I think all the raffles and games distract from really watching people. The thieves are taking advantage of that.

It's unfortunate a thief or thieves had to spoil this wholesome experience. You guys are already doing great deals and losing wall books are cutting into it. Congrats to Sara on Vampirella #1.

If you’re referring to the possible theft comments and to be more alert at these sales, that’s a very logical conclusion these two are too trusting of people an admirable trait but one that a scammer will take and run to the bank with. I see most comments just warning them to be a bit more careful which seems very logical to me 🤷‍♂️

some suggestions that could help. limit the amount of people that can come in at once, have someone at the door checking what was purchased, add more cameras, have all wall books paid for when they come off the wall or change the set up to where no one has access to the books that come off the wall sept for you guys

True, A classic cheat in a bundle trade or box, is to mix one or more key issue with ordinary and play innocent. Or hold up a Comic, and the seller says Give me 30 and there is another comic behind it!, that happen to my friend.

I love the content! You guys are amazing! I always look forward to your videos. I wish I was local to the area so I could come to a house show. It is very upsetting when people steal especially when Angelo is handing out awesome deals. If I was a seller and someone stole from me it would be difficult to open my doors up to the public again but I'm sure footage will be reviewed and the appropriate actions will be taken. You guys keep producing great videos and being awesome people!

Like I said my son would love to go here ....as far as I know nobody is doing this in Pittsburgh Pa. ...but they need to watch your videos and follow....sales come with fun , happiness, and liveliness...sales will come later ....you guys got the model... people will buy

Keep up the house sales just gotta learn as you go and invest some money back into the layout and set up if your going to keep doing these. Or tbh might have to be an invite only type of thing like the guy at the storage unit. Just sell stuff to friends and people you trust. And then sell to the public at shows or comic swaps like in the past.

I believe it is time for you to put up cameras in every room. This will help prevent people from stealing. At a minimum you need to put up what appeared to be cameras because that alone could dissuade people from thinking about snatching some of those books.

Awesome house sale!!! Wish I lived a bit closer so I could attend. Good idea on the drink and snack table. Keep on making great content.

Totally agree with the comments (camera's and/or help to keep an extra eye out pay with a $$ comic, just an idea) Felt sorry for the guy named Dan! He didnt look too happy when he left but hey in life their is always going to be people taking advantage of a situation! At the same time, it could of easily been a mix up with all the chaos 😮 hopefully they hooked him up at the end or take care of him next time around 😁 Still a great video and wonderful giveaways.

Yeah I never liked grabbing your wall books and having to put them in that short box. Someone either grabbed his books and bought them or stole em. You guys have to invest in cameras and just has people grab what they want from the walls in the front room and buy them right away. They can put ‘em in there car after and then dig thru the dollar and 2$ books. Sucks he didnt get those Batman books he wanted. He looked super numbed out. I hope you took care of him Angelo. That whole ordeal is super frustrating.

I would install camera’s next time especially with the multiple room layout. At the next sale before you let everyone in just can bring up the incident and let people know if they’re caught they wouldn’t be allowed back. It sucks that has to happen but you have to protect yourselves. Great video otherwise.

He reminded me of when I was little, one day I caught my younger brother reading my comics, while eating Cheetos. Ooh the horror ... what a sad day for my Spidey books. None of the books were keys; nevertheless, I still have flashbacks when I see someone eat Cheetos or Doritos, even hearing a bag of chips open somewhat startles me.

Its a hard sell with no pinup 😢

Be easier if you just gave them 10% off for buying $100 or more and 20% off for $500 or more instead of your random thing.

Not really, b/c Angelo discounts in denominations of $10 which is easy to carry and make change for. Cash is king in this type of environment and no one wants to carry that many singles or change. If a customer buys $235 at a 10% discount where the total is $211.50 - that's annoying to make change for in this kind of setting.

1st off, no - as tressil3607 said, who wants to deal with change. & 2nd, it's not random, Angelo chooses the deal depending on the amount of books, & who's buying; some ppl deserve a better deal than others. He knows what he's doing. He's making sales, & friends.

He is the one buying books he knows how much he is in on a book. I prefer the way he does it cause some times if its a recurring customer I don't mind taking a bit of a loss cause the person has spent tons with me before. Its better to have a happy customer so you adjust the discount depending on the person and the book if you even want to move it. Plus depending on how they pay all leads to discount depending cash or card. Most all dealers we prefer cash... Cause reasons.... dodging that uncle Sam...

Might need to get a door man for the next sale that might help with people stealing stuff. It sucks you do this sale for people and they just steal things

The 2 CGC Shock were originally priced for 975, Angelo paid 500, then he priced them for 800 and sold for 600 so only made 100 profit.

​@MrPrestiges Angelo is not your archetypal dealer; profit is not paramount, he gave a $60 silver age Dare Devil to a kid for free, they gave free slabs in the beginning in video #2 to the 1st few ppl, they had raffles & gave away over $200 worth of stuff. Angelo knows what he's doing. Not an avaricious bone in his body. He's the Super hero of dealers to collectors like myself & evidently all the new friends he made, there's a reason we love them & gift them books as well such as the Kool Cat who gave him those Conan magazines, or Skoots an amazing comic book artist that gifted them 3 of his FATHOM books which he designed the covers, only for them to gift 2 away to other ppl in the raffles. Kindness begets kindness. This hobby has never been about profit; albeit it's all dealers/flippers & even collectors now think of first.

Honestly you guys are ALL class! You cud have made the click on this video a negative “Stolen” “Thief” “Robbed” thumbnail (and you would have been right to do so…so sorry 😢) but instead you went with a positive click. You guys are an awesome team!

Guys...no more of the communal, place the valuable books you want to purchase here, open to everyone, box! I hate to see a fun sale event get marred by the actions of 1 (or a few?) jerkasses.

What a bummer about the Batman books, definitely something shady was happening when you guys were doing the raffle.. More cameras!!!! you have thousands of dollars worth of books. Get some help, I would be overwhelmed with all the people inside. Or you RSVP the event at least because I'm sure it will happen again.

The layout is so cringe, with how so disorganized it is. I get you want to be social but mayham is not good for business and its just going to lead to theft which is so easy to do with how its layed out. You spend all attention on a free raffle while someone snatches a 50$ book.

People can just dip with mixed in books with free stuff and they have no idea what people have out the door who arent honest.

im so rude id prob throw those card in the trash after didnt find anything cool. that show ended up pretty lame.
